later in the afternoon, i went to avenue k with my family to have some "Ah Yat" dim sum, which was recently shifted to avenue k from swiss garden hotel,don't know why my dad likes to come here, for me it's nothing special... i guess i'm not wuite the dim sum person eh?

Dim sum are nice if you know which one to order. Usually ppl eat it as brunch. You can recommend your father Tai Tong restaurant at Jln Ampang there, also nice.
P/S: You dont like "siew mai" meh? Hahah.
